In Value Engineering the most important thing is the human being. When we opened this company in 2015 we never thought we would grow to such a big team.
We wanted to create a small family business with a friendly atmosphere, which everyone of us would enjoy coming. We wanted everyone to feel good here, being able to work fairly and thoroughly, away from the stress of big corporations.
From the very beginning, we were building the atmosphere of mutual kindness, freedom of work, space for development and gaining new experiences.
We managed to achieve all of that.
Today, over 70 people work with us: engineers, designers, specialists from different industries. We are constantly growing, looking for new opportunities as a design office. If you have the necessary qualifications from the design area, you are welcome in our team.

Relationships and spending time together outside of work is important. Sometimes it is a firing range, where instead of a computer and geodesy maps, we hold a paintball gun.
Fun matters. That is why we ride bikes together, we play volleyball regularly, we play billiards or go bowling.
Imagination is the only limit since we cannot complain about engagement.
