We have been working in international corporations for years, building our careers, but there was always something missing. That is why in 2015 we decided to establish Value Engineering together, a design office which is built on trust and respect towards people.
We started as a small, family business, which was run by three families at the beginning stage. Now Value Engineering hires more than 70 people.
We are still growing and looking for new business areas. Despite that, we have never lost the unique and warm atmosphere which we managed to create at the beginning.
The environment of our company attracts talented and experienced engineers and designers by giving them a chance to develop and work on interesting projects.
We have got specialists from road, bridge, sanitary, geotechnical, reclamation, organisation and safety of traffic, electricity and telecommunication as well as geodesy and gis industries.
With such a team, we are able to work effectively at all stages of investments. Starting with the development of general concepts, through feasibility studies, to designing and obtaining all administrative decisions, ending with the final supervision of completion.
The idea that we have implemented from the very beginning was to create a company which will combine experience and knowledge of many people.
When we were creating our design office years ago, we knew that our success depends on teamwork.
That is the reason why in Value Engineering we look for value in everything we do.
Every project, no matter how big, we treat with similar engagement and fairness. Always keeping in mind to treat our employees the same way, giving them freedom, support and full trust.
